You Can't Go Wrong

Coconut Oil's been around for quite some time and I've known of its numerous benefits, yet hadn't got around to become a coco-"nut" until recently. I lived on the beaches of Hawaii, some years ago, and used to obtain my coconut supply from the local palm trees, procuring, peeling, cracking and drinking the milk and ingesting the meat. My health, both mental/physical, improved and I became a believer of the inherent goodness of this wonderful drupe. Cutting to the chase (at last!), coconut meat, milk and oil will remain a staple of my positive health regimen.
Pros:What's not to like?
Cons:More pilgrims aren't into it...
