SUGGESTED USAGE: 1-2 Tablespoons per day (or as advised by your health care practitioner).

Add to any drink or smoothie, sprinkle on and mix with foods for extra nutrition and flavor. Use for thickening as Lecithin will thicken anything it is added to (allow 10 or more minutes for full thickness). Also adds a nice creamy flavor. I like the Non GMO feature. It's also very easy to mix and has a great taste and texture Healthforce Nutritionals make great, quality products I've been using a few of their products for 3 years, and have never had a problem.

PS, I haven't been sick either !!

I have used this brand of Lecithin Powder for over three years. It has the best flavor and, of course, is Non-GMO. Storing it in dark glass helps to preserve it better and therefore, it has more health benefits than many bulk lecithins available in the market. Lecithin is very important for liver health.
Pros:
Dark glass bottle, very fresh, and best tasting.
Cons:
The price is a little high, but Pure Formulas has the best price available.
