Soothing to the sinuses

Using Nasya oil daily is highly recommended in Ayurveda (the most ancient healing science). It lubricates and protects nasal passages from dry indoor air and pollution. It relieves sinus congestion and is balancing for all body types. It is good to use after using the Neti Pot. There is no burning or stinging - only a soothing sensation.
