Lifesaver for weightlifters and crossfitters

Muscle-Aid by Biogenesis Nutraceuticals is great product. It is essentially a powdered branch chain amino acid. The Glutamine helps with recovery. Tastes great. Very non intrusive. Helps pre and post recovery for lifting sessions.
Pros:
Helps alleviate soreness.

I broke my left foot 3 years so when I walk I put a lot of presure and strain on my right leg with the musile aid it seems to keep the cramping down a lot.I will drink it two to three times a day , I work retail in a large store walking 8 to 10 miles a day during my 10 hour shift.
