Oral supplements of live, beneficial intestinal microorganisms for nutritional health and well-being are known as probiotics. Probiotic dietary lactobacilli colonize the intestinal tract, depending on the specific bacterium-to-host affinity. Bacteria are continually in competition for colonization space. Think I'm going to like this product!

I had bought some probiotics from a nutritionist who was the program at my "women's club", but when I ran out thought I'd try another brand. I've only taken it for about two weeks, but I do seem to be having less trouble with my bowels and I seem to have more energy than normal.
Pros:
The ordering, shipping, and arrival time was very simple, clear, and prompt.
Cons:
