Children two to four years: One tablet daily. Children four to seven years: One tablet one to two times daily. Children over seven: One tablet three times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Vitamin A Warning: Excess Vitamin A intake may be toxic and may increase the risk of birth defects. Pregnant women and women who may become pregnant should not exceed 5,000 IU of pre-formed vitamin A (retinyl acetate or retinyl palmitate) per day. It is also recommended that children under four should not regularly consume more than 2,500 IU per day. Iron Warning: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

We have been using Multigenics Chewable Orange Flavor - by Metagenicssince 2002. Our children rarely get sick. We used to get the vitamins from our Chiropractor, but then it got difficult to get into the clinic during his business hours. We found PureFormulas and it is soooo convenient, easy and even cheaper than we were paying at the chiropractor.
