Best forms of b12 and folic acid

It's hard to find a supplement with both of these high quality forms of B12 and folic acid together in one pill. I've read that a person can safely take up to 1,000 mcg folic acid a day. Therefore, I sometimes take two even three of these for extra support and energy and more b12. I do this especially when I don't eat a lot of meat or other sources of B vitamins.
Pros:great forms of folic acid and b12
Cons:it'd be nice for this to be a bit more affordable or at least on sale sometimes since I take two tablets a day.
