Great Product to Have Around

Melatonin is my preferred choice as a sleeping supplement....especially if I like knowing that it is not SOO strong that waking in the night for an emergency is not very difficult. (had this experience on Ambien)
Best way to take it? ...... take a 1mg pill right before bed (this will make you FALL asleep faster) and another 3mg pill at the same time, but one that is Extended Release (this will help you STAY asleep). This was my Dad's suggestion AFTER I purchased the above 3mg, non-extended release pills. So my next purchase will definitely be the combo I just mentioned.
I have tried various brands of Melatonin and all have worked for me, so I simply ordered the above product for its price/mg worth. (i.e. how much am I paying per mg/per nightly dose compared to other products in the similar product line)
[you CAN overdo the Melatonin.....as you get older your body produces less Melatonin, and taking it as a supplement can become more necessary. When you are younger there is a risk of taking too much and your body starting to not produce enough Melatonin on its own. Read up on it and make sure you take proper dosages.
