1 cup of oatmeal - 2 tbsp.
Gluten-FREE flour - 1 egg - 2 tbsp oil.
Place egg‚ flour and oil into one cup of oatmeal. Stir until a ball is formed. Divide into 2 cookies. Place on oiled cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes @ 350F.
Add boiling water to cover oats. Cover with lid. Let steep for 3 minutes. Stir well. Savor.
