Taking just one tablet daily eliminates my leg and feet cramps at night. I also don't wake up in the middle of the night and am more rested when I do wake up. I started taking this being recommended by a doctor. I quit and the leg cramps at night started again. Went to a chiropractor and he recommended I start taking magnesium as almost everyone is deficient.
