Magnesium (aspartate) Capsules

Magnesium (aspartate) was recommended to help with insomnia. I started taking 1 capsule at night 3 weeks ago and noticed a slight improvement in my sleep almost immediately. After the second week, I increased the dosage to 2 capsules each night, taken approximately 1 hour before bedtime. I fall asleep much easier and faster and am very pleased with the results. I plan to start weaning myself from the sleeping pills I am taking to see if the Magnesium capsules will work with them.
