Adults- Start with 12 drops 2x per day in filtered water or juice. Increase by 2-3 drops per day until optimal intake is reached; 3-4 droppers 2x per day.

Liver Life was recommended by several people on a Yahoo group I am active on. I was having a hard time tolerating fermented foods and probiotics and people with the same problem said this improved when taking Liver Life. I also had a ton of white spots on my finger nails mostly on the right side. My doctor said this is due to liver issues and liver support seems to be helping.
Pros:
Easy to use, taken twice daily so don't have to take it to work, gets great reviews from others
Cons:
Expensive
