:) I have to take Flax Oil by Barleans Organic Oils daily and I am very pleased with this product. It is shipped in a timely manner and the price is the lowest I've seen yet. I would highly recommend it for all who desire to walk the path of wellness! This is great stuff. I blend 1/3 cup of it (liquefy setting) with 2/3 cup lowfat cottage cheese every morning then add blueberries, raw walnuts or brazilnuts and a little stevia! This is called the "Budwig Protocol", It's like a mousse consistency and aids in killing radical cancer cells, creating an oxygen environment for the cells in the body.

The Flax Oil by Barleans Organic Oils is known in circles to be the best. I really belief this has the highest bioavailability of all flax seeds. I mix it in a shake in the morning with other nutraceuticals. Helps with joint soreness and overall health. Also well priced.
