They fulfill the basic foundations of well-being like vitamins and minerals whilst also optimizing those micronutrients and providing the fuel for growth, health, good functioning of the body and genetic transcription. If I were to go into a rant about amino acids and their many functions I could easily fill a book.

This is a high quality product which I take along with HMB fuel and I have notice that I have gain muscle mass. I am 5'8" and was 140 lbs. and I have been struggling with gaining for the longest time and with the combination I have gain 8 lbs of muscle and my goal is to get to at least 150 lbs.

I wish that Pharmax could add the HMB fuel with this product.
