I can't really say alot about it yet as this is my second bottle. My doctor prescribe it to help me with constipation so I don't know yet if it has helped or not. Haven't seen any change but will give it time..
Pros:
Can't say yet.
Cons:
The rough edges on it, not that easy to swallow.
