Our shipping is not only free, it’s fast

Our free shipping is fast, with orders shipping out the same or next day. For same-day shipping, place your order before 2 p.m. Eastern Time. Once we verify billing and shipping information, we will carefully pack and ship your order that day.

Our standard FREE delivery is usually within 4 to 7 business days via the U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. This varies depending on the carrier, destination, weekends and holidays. We also ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories, even military postal addresses.

Temperature-sensitive items

Temperature-sensitive items will automatically ship with USPS Express Shipping (Next Day Service) and extra packaging (ice packs and a Styrofoam Cooler) for a $29.99 flat fee. If you’d rather not pay the fee, it’s no problem to remove the extra packaging from your order. These items will then ship via free ground shipping, unless you upgrade to expedited shipping.

IExpect ice packs to melt during transit. They ALWAYS do and that’s OK. They’re meant to provide 24 to 48 hours of protection, which should be more than enough protection. Your items can withstand room temperature for up to 2 weeks without being affected.

On your cell phone:
Go to http://m.pureformulas.com/ and click “track your order.” Then enter your email address and zip code.

By phone:
Call us at 800-383-6008, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern Time.

If the status is “complete” or “partially shipped,” your order is in the shipping process, but may not have left the warehouse yet. To get more detailed information, check the tracking number for your order.
