The best I've found so far
October 14, 2013
I am intolerant of the proteins in dairy and wheat. Not lactose intolerant in dairy, which is a carbohydrate, but casein and whey intolerant. We were headed to England for a 2 week trip, and I wanted some freedom to have cream tea, and clotted cream and all the other English foods. I had tried many other gluten and casein digestive enzymes, and found no relief. My nutritionist has just come back from a conference with a lot of samples of Intolerance Complex. I took them to England, and was delighted with the results. I do end up taking more than just one or two as the bottle instructs, but, that is on the advice of the nutritionist. I have also found that taking Intolerance Complex regularly, and not just when I am worried about something I'm eating, works better. By far, these are the best enzymes, in terms of results, that I have found so far. I feel like I'm regaining some food freedom.
Cons:Wish they were less expensive, as I seem to need more than the bottle dose, so the per dose price goes up.
