HRT Companion 60 Vegetarian Capsules

I am a 50 year old woman. I have not had a period since March 2010, making this month, January 2011, my 10th month of no menstruating. Due to many peri-menopause symptoms over the past 2 years, I've been doing bio-identical HRT. Last spring my occasional hot flashes began to increase in intensity at night until I was flashing constantly for several hours a night no matter how much bio-identical estrogen I used or what herbs I took. My naturopath recommended I try Vitanica's HRT Companion. Because I'm so sensitive to herbs and medicines, I only took one capsule a night instead of the recommended two. Within 2 weeks my hot flashes, which were happening every night between 1:00 am and 6:00 am, about 1 every half hour, soaking me, waking me up and making me a very irritable person from lack of sleep, completely stopped!
Once a few weeks had gone by and it was clear that this was no fluke, I started having very sore breasts, which were possibly indicative of too much estrogen. I all but stopped my bio-identical estrogen, going from 2 pumps of cream a day to 1 pump about 1-2 times a week with no return of the hot flashes.
I even started spotting last month and felt like I was going to get a period, but I did not. My breasts started getting sore again and I suspected that perhaps it was from the estrogenic factors in the product, so I've cut down to 1 capsule every 3 days. I feel more balanced than I have in a while. Sleep is better, menopause symptoms have greatly improved and there hasn't been a hot flash in months. I am so grateful!
