HMC Hesperidin

Hesperidin is a flavonoid derived from citrus fruits (lemons and oranges). Many experts believe flavonoids like hesperidin have a synergistic activity with vitamin C.* Hesperidin may also increase the strength of veins and capillaries.* In addition, hesperidin can reduce histamine release from mast cells by strengthening the cell membrane (mast cells are blood cells that contain granules of histamine and other substances).*


While hesperidin itself is not very water soluble, hesperidin methyl chalcone (HMC) is highly water soluble, allowing for greater absorption of the molecule in the gastrointestinal tract.* As with all flavonoids, HMC is an antioxidant.* Hesperidin also supports eye health and has blood vessel-stabilizing effects.*

Felt results with my lymph edema

I got the HMC Hesperidin because it was recommended to help stop hot flashes brought on by Tamoxifen. Didn't help with those but I did notice a positive change in my arm that lost all it's lymph nodes. Seems to help keep arm flushed and blood moving

i've been using Hesperidin for about 6 weeks now. it was recommended to me by a naturapath/MD for hot flashes due to Tamoxifen. unfortunately the product did not lessen my hot flashes but what it has done is just a wonderful in my book. due to my lymph node removal during surgery i had some trunkal swelling as my body learned to redirect my lymph drainage. this product has helped tremendously to change that, my lymph system is draining better, i no longer get swelling and some of the feeling is returning.
