High Absorption 100% Chelated Magnesium was recommended to me for my night leg cramps, take it once during the day and before bedtime. Seems to stop the leg cramping, or will lessen them so I can get to sleep. My Chiropractor recommended High Absorption 100% Chelated Magnesium to me. I will be ordering High Absorption 100% Chelated Magnesium and keep using it to help me get a good nights rest without the leg cramps.
Pros:coated tablets make it easier to swallow
Cons:larger sized than I would like to be taking
