Good Glycolic Cleanser
April 20, 2014
I ordered this cleanser b/c I have some minor issues with acne scarring, discoloration on my face but mostly because it was (indirectly) recommended. I had a VI Peel done with a professional and a few weeks after the procedure, decided to buy a glycolic acid wash because a lot of the cosmetic doctors I spoke to recommended one (and partially b/c the Neutrogena, Clearisil, etc. cleansers I've bought throughout the years haven't helped much and I wanted something that I felt may be a little better or better suited to my problem). Because I still have the aforementioned other cleansers left, I only use the Derma E glycolic cleaner in the morning. Honestly, it's still too early to see any of the positives but one of my concerns was that this cleanser would irritate my skin and dry it out. Fortunately it did not. I'll continue to use it and will give it a few months as opposed to a few weeks to see if there's an improvement with my skin. At this affordable price, I would recommend at least trying this product. FYI...the instructions recommend putting the cleanser on without water and if required, to wet the hands and rub in further.
