Add one scoop (32.5g) of Glycemic Foundation to a glass of water or the beverage of your choice, stir and drink between or before meals 1 to 3 times daily, or as recommended by your health care professional.

If you are pregnant or nursing, consult your health care professional before taking this product. Glycemic Foundation contains significant levels of soluble and fermentable fibers. Some individuals may experience gas discomfort when initially taking the product. We recommend using ½ scoop doses for the first several days to allow for bowel adjustments before regularly using the full dose.

Helps me last the morning

I have been using Glycemic Foundation by Ortho Molecular Products for just a few days, but I could feel the difference right away. I don't have a hypoglycemic dip midmorning. The product is a great, low calorie, low sodium, low fat source of protein which is tasty and gluten and dairy free. I have wasted money on other such products--this one tastes good, works well and is free of the allergens I have to avoid.
