I truly believe this combination has helped with joint and tissue pain. I am 62 years old and teach fitness classes - and would not be able to do so without nutritional support. This is a great supplement. I had been able to find gluco/chondroitin supplements for cheaper - but I wanted the MSM as well - and Glucosamine, Hyaluronic Acid, Chondroitin, MSM by Physiologics has that PLUS hyaluronic acid. The best part is that it is shellfish free. Although I'm not allergic to shellfish at this point - much of my family is - so I did not want to take chances. The tablets are, however, huge - and so you can't help but taste them a bit - which is unpleasant and sometimes left a taste in my mouth that I could not get rid of. However, I am continuing with Glucosamine, Hyaluronic Acid, Chondroitin, MSM by Physiologics because after much research, it is the only product I can find that includes the MSM but is shellfish free.
