Joy for Joints!

Glucosamine & Chondroitin has helped not only my knee joints, but hands and elbows as well. I can tell when I run out and don't take them for a few days.
Pros:
I like that it works.
Cons:
Just wish they were a bit cheaper, always looking for cheaper. Or buy one get one free.
