I read on a "natural" blog the benefits of bone broth. However, as that was not really feasible for me, I decided to take a supplement instead. My skin feels much better since starting (been about three weeks). My legs feel soother and less "jiggly" since starting as well, even though I have not changed anything else about my diet or exercise. I will continue to take this (twice a day) until I run out. I want to see if I notice any negative side effects if I stop taking it (skin changes, more cellulite, etc), and if I do I'll be back for more.
