Mix 1 scoop in 8 oz. of water or juice and drink immediately 1-2 times daily or as recommended by your health care professional.

This is a fairly palatable way to take fiber and it also takes the edge off of hunger. I also use to mix into my protein shakes (vanilla). I mix it with a small wire wisk in a glass of cold water.

Great way to increase fiber

I've been using this product for 3-4 months. The flavor is good, but the texture isn't the best, but can't expect much better considering it is fiber. My doctor put me on this due to my severe gluten intolerance. It has helped work with other supplementation to make me feel great and normal again. I am also a National Figure Competitor and with dieting certain foods are cut out of my diet, which a lot include fiber. This has been an awesome supplement to help replace my loss from food intake.
