Fem Tone ideal for Women during Menopause

I was referred to a product called Spectra 305 - 15 years or so ago. It was a Nature-path that introduced me to it. This product was upgraded and the name changed to Fem Tone several years later. I have continued to take it, and the benefits through menopause problems have been wonderful. I initially took it primarily for head aches around my cycle, and not only are they at a minimum, but hot flashes and other issues are at bay.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

Great for women experiencing hormone issues

My chiropractor/acupuncturist recommended this product . I'm turning 40 this year and I've been having problems with hormone balance over the past couple of years. I take this along with a daily B12 (same brand) and I notice a huge difference in my symptoms. I'm feeling much more energetic and even-tempered.
