FemOne is a one-capsule-per-day multivitamin/ mineral complex designed specifically for women who require more iron during childbearing years. FemOne provides balanced levels of B vitamins, 800 mcg folic acid, trace minerals and modest amounts of antioxidants. It also contains mixed carotenoids, mixed tocopherols, and a more bioavailable form of B-12 (methylcobalamin).
