Each metered pump (1/2 teaspoon) contains:

Progesterone 3% / 30 mg
Ionized Water, Aloe Vera, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Propylene Glycol, Cetyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, Bees Wax, Mineral Oil, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Almond Oil, TEA, Optiphen Plus. (a non-paraben preservative).

Bisphenol-A (BPA) & Phthalate Free.

One (1) pump once a day, one (1) week before your cycle. Gradually increase time and dose to desired level. Apply to lower abdomen and under breasts for best results.

Do not use during cycle or cancer treatment. Keep out of reach of children.

Caution: Progesterone is a chemical known to the state of california to cause cancer.

I have been using this product for about a year and a half on the advice of my Naturopathic physician, and am very satisfied with the product and the convenient container that premeasures the correct dosage.
