I have only used Estriol by Allvia Integratedfor less than a month, and I can tell when I forget to put it on. I've combined it with Estrocare and they are working wonderfully.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

been on Estriol a year and has helped like the pump very convenient and easy to use.I used once daily Most of the articles i have reserched say you need the progesterone with the Estrogen. I now have been on the progensa 20 and feel even better I use once daily.
Pros:
Estriol got ride of the hot flashes and gave a sense of well being been on it a year.
Cons:
still have vaginal dryness and it is sticky after applied, but not to the point of honey.
