Please note Energizing Iron 90 Softgels by Integrative Therapeutics shows only 7% RDA iron in 2 tables/capsules.
Cons:
It's a long way from meeting RDA and people with low iron will see little help from Energizing Iron 90 Softgels by Integrative Therapeutics if taking 2/day.

Great form of Iron for sensitive stomachs

A nutrinionist prescribed iron for me 6 months ago after a blood test showed I have low iron. I had tried other brands of iron including prescription iron in the past but was unable to take without an upset stomach. This brand has proved to work great for me. No upset stomach & more energy!

I would recommend this item to a friend.
