Best vitamin for your lungs

I have taken this for a number of years because I was a smoker. It has always helped me through the winter. I quit smoking and thought I didn't have to use it anymore but when I came down with bronchitis I decided to start taking it again and my oxygen levels are much better since I started taking it again.
