Every capsule of Pure Encapsulations’ Eleuthero 0.8% E&B contains 250 milligrams of eleutherococcus senticosus extract‚ which is also known as eleuthero or Siberian ginseng. This herb may serve as an adaptogen; adaptogens are substances that may help your body cope with mental and physical stress.
Eleuthero 0.8% E&B might provide support for the healthy functioning of your adrenal glands. The adrenals release hormones such as corticosterone‚ which plays several roles in the human body. Most importantly‚ corticosterone is involved in converting amino acids into a form of energy known as glycogen. After being processed in the liver‚ glycogen can be used as fuel for the digestive system‚ brain‚ and immune system.
Eleutherosides are the active components in Eleuthero 0.8% E&B. This formula has been standardized to provide 0.8 percent of the eleutherosides E & B‚ which are thought to help stimulate immune function.
At the recommended dosage‚ each 120-capsule bottle of Eleuthero 0.8% E&B by Pure Encapsulations should last from two to four months.
Each vegetarian capsule contains:
Eleutherococcus senticosus extract ................................................................................ 250 mg
(standardized to contain 0.8% eleutheroside E & B)
Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule (cellulose‚ water).
Pure Encapsulations recommends 1 capsule daily‚ between meals‚ or as directed by a health professional.
Are There Any Potential Side Effects Or Precautions?
If pregnant or lactating‚ consult your physician before taking this product. At high doses‚ eleuthero has been associated with fatigue‚ anxiety‚ breast pain and uterine bleeding. Long-term use has been associated with nerve inflammation and muscle spasms. Consult your physician for more information.
Are There Any Potential Drug Interactions?

I love this product - also known as Siberian Ginseng. Its actually my favorite adaptogen and works better for me than Rhodiola. I always feel much more balanced after a month on this product. I usually cycle it and do one month one one month off.
√ I would recommend this item to a friend.
