Shake or stir briskly 1 packet (10g) of product into 8 ounces of water.

Contains caffeine. If you are under a physician's care or taking medication, or if you are pregnant or nursing, consult your health professional before using this product. Not for use by children, pregnant or lactating women, Parkinson's Disease patients, person with Manic-Depressive Psychosis, persons taking prescription Anticholinergic drugs or MAO inhibitor drugs, persons with genetic metabolic disorder PKU, or those who are abnormally sensitive to Niacin. Persons with ulcers or a history of ulcers should consult their physician before using a choline supplement. Consumption of too much choline may increase muscle tension producing temporary systems such as stiff neck, headaches, or gastric cramps. Excessive consumption of Phenylalanine or caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability and insomnia. Avoid the use of antacids containing aluminum with this product. Do not use product more then 4 servings per day.
