Calcium lactate is a highly-soluble and highly bioavailable form of calcium. It changes to calcium bicarbonate (the kind that the body can use) in just one chemical process. Calcium lactate differs from other forms of calcium in that it is more water soluble, so it doesn’t need high concentrations of acids to break it down. Calcium lactate also has a more neutral pH and doesn’t need highly acidic conditions to function. The calcium lactate found in this product is completely derived from vegetable sources, not from dairy.

Although magnesium is present in very small quantities within each cell, it plays a huge role in human metabolism, as does calcium.
