I found out quite by accident that I am allergic to the lanolin that is used in the majority of vitamin D products. D3 5000 IU was recommended to me as a "dry" vit D not using the lanolin. I use 2 of these daily with my biggest meal of the day ...dinner. With 10,000 IU daily my vit D level is 53. The board certified Doctor I see has a practice that uses all alternative methods. He checks my blood regularly to keep everything at it's optimal best and he wanted my vit D between 50-60. He's good with my result. When I started it was 28. It took a couple of months to get up to 53. I thought it would take a lot longer so this product must be doing it's job.
