WORKOUT ENHANCEMENT: Adults mix one (1) heaping teaspoonful (5 g) with water 1/2 hour before workout. Take one (1) heaping teaspoonful (5 g) immediately after workout, mixed with juice, water or BIOCHEM'S ULTIMATE PROTEIN SYSTEM DRINK.
