Directions for Loading Phase: Adults, mix one (1) teaspoon (5 g) with one (1) cup (6-8 fl. oz.)(178-237 mL) of non-citrus juice or water four (4) times daily for five (5) days on an empty stomach.

Directions for Maintenance: Adults mix (1) teaspoon (5 g) with one (1) cup (6-8 fl. oz.)(178-237 mL) of non-citrus juice or water one-half (1/2) hour before workout, or take one (1) serving daily on an empty stomach.

For Optimum Results Adults take one (5 g) serving one-half (1/2) hour before workout.

Post Workout: Adults take one (5 g) serving (one teaspoon) of Iron-Tek Essential Glutamine Powder mixed as directed and/or one (1) serving of Iron-Tek Essential Protein 100% Pure Whey mixed as directed.
