I had been taking the other rainbow iron but they do not seem to make it now. Complete Iron System by Rainbow Light has 30 mg I think of Iron and the other had 18 mg. this is for people I guess with very low Iron. thats where i fit. so I got these. I can notice the difference In 2 days. I try to take them everyday but at times Its so hard to keep everything going, working too much and all. I forget to take my vitamins to work and then I forget to get them. OInce out of them for a week or so I start to go very down hill. Once I take them Im back to feeling good in 2 days. I have my daughter taking these also, now she asks me for them when I get into work. they have a lemon and ginger flavor and are so much more tasty than the other ones. but these do not have the B vits in them aas the others did. but I think that overall these new rainbow iron tablets work better
Pros:
everything, and the internet price is good. these make me feel like I can get up and go to work. with out them, Im in bed and wanting to get up.
I like this flavor, lemon, ginger
Cons:
they are larger for me to swallow, but I cant swallow any vitamin so I chew all of them. actually the taste isnt that bad

I would recommend this item to a friend.
