I have been taking Cognitive Health Formula by Complementary Prescriptions and I do like it. I only take one a day, but I notice the difference when I do not take it with my other vitamins.
Pros:
Makes me feel more alert.
Cons:
It is expensive. Which it was stronger so you would only have to take one a day instead of 4 a day.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
