Co-enzyme B Complex is a completely balanced B vitamin formula without wheat, corn, dairy, yeast, soy, binders, or preservatives. This supplement contains the active, co-enzyme forms of B vitamins which participate in numerous enzymatic reactions and are the only forms utilized by the body. Riboflavin, pyridoxal 5’ phosphate, and myoinositol represent the active co-enzyme forms of vitamin B2, B6, and inositol.

I have many allergies & Co-Enzyme B Complex is the only Multiple B vitamin I can tolerate . I found the product many years ago after trying other brands. Pay attention to the " Yeast Free " . I believe thats why it's a success for me .
