Good place to start
Im not fond of the taste of this and it does take a while to dissolve. But I dont mind waiting. I just make sure to take after Ive eaten so I dont have to chew anything. Even though this is a good price for 30 servings there are other B vitamin products that are a better value. The reason Ive stuck with this is Im hoping that I absorb the B vitamins better sublingually.
in sublingual form
takes a while to dissolve
√ I would recommend this item to a friend.
I am a huge fan of Source Naturals and I wanted a B vitamin in Coenzyme form and sublingual. Either these were stale or plan on over an hour for them to "dissolve" under your tongue as specified. I take Heel products and Biotin in sublingual form and they are gone in an instant. I would say it dissolves like a tums would sublingually. Probably go back to my Fatigue to Fantastic B Complex.
