I watch Dr Oz frequently. I also suffer from terrible swelling in my left ankle. It's been like this for several years with doctors having no clue to what it is. Dr Oz suggested hesperidin for swelling. With nothing to lose and a reasonable price I ordered the CircuPower by Crayhon Research. After 2 weeks I could tell a difference. My husband was taking it for severe, hard varicose veins in his thighs. It's been nearly 2 months and we can see a huge change in both of us. My ankles are the closest to matching than they have been in years. My blood pressure is getting closer to normal. My husband's legs no longer have hard, lumpy ropes in them. I'd say this is a pretty remarkable product. I won't be without it again
