I have to use more than the recommended dose to get the result I want. With that, it works great at keeping my bloodsugar down. I will order Chromium CWS again.
Pros:
Works well to control high glucose.
Cons:
You have to use a lot more than the recommended dose to get good glucose control.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
