Based on body weight, the canine patient should receive the canine formula powder according to the following recommendations, or as directed.

1-10 lbs 11-20 lbs 21-40 lbs 41-60 lbs 61-80 lbs 81+ lbs teaspoon once per day teaspoon twice per day ¼ teaspoon twice per day ½ teaspoon twice per day ¾ teaspoon twice per day 1 teaspoon twice per day

The Standard Process canine formulas are available in a highly-palatable powder. The powder can be sprinkled on the dog's food, mixed with the food, or taken separately.

Practice Notes A full diagnostic work-up including a complete history and musculoskeletal examination, CBC, chemistry profile, urinalysis, and radiographs should be considered for each patient. The best results are achieved when a clear diagnosis is obtained and specific treatments are instituted along with the use of Canine Musculoskeletal Support.

Helps 'popping knee' (Luxating patella) of our dogs

After 1 month, the popping almost stopped in both dogs.

Now in the 2nd month, a knee in the more severely impacted patient pops every once in a while, but very rarely.

We use Canine Musculoskeletal Support in combination with vitamin e, c, whole foods, whole food supplements, kelp,... and raw food (if you buy pet food, make sure the animal proteins are raw too; some manufacturers and retailers cheat and use/sell cooked animal proteins in their 'raw' dehydrated cat and dog foods).

Canine Musculoskeletal Support was recommended to us by our amazing veterinarian, Dr. Coward, Mission Viejo.

It sure seems to work in combination with the other nutrients.
