  • Do you regularly suffer from aching bones or sore muscles? Strenuous or even moderate exercise—such as playing sports—can cause pain‚ especially if you’re a “weekend warrior” that hasn’t used your muscles in a long time. Sore muscles can usually be prevented by stretching thoroughly before you work out. If you continue to experience muscle strain‚ however‚ you may need to include more vital nutrients in your diet. Another option is adding supplements that provide calcium and magnesium your body needs.

    Allergy Research Group’s Calcium Magnesium Citrate combines the benefits of two important minerals: calcium and magnesium. These nutrients work together to make your teeth and bones healthy and strong. Calcium can also benefit your muscles‚ promote blood clotting‚ and improve your neurological function. An adequate amount of calcium is needed to preserve the health of your bones‚ and to slow or prevent bone loss. This supplement’s magnesium supply can also help your body produce more insulin‚ process different vitamins‚ and stimulate cellular growth. Magnesium is also responsible for the internal formation of certain proteins and fatty acids.

    The ingredients in each vegetable capsule also include cellulose—which is used to add fiber to the capsules without affecting taste—and the gluten-free binder hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Magnesium stearate derived from vegetable and animal oils is also used to ensure that the ingredients inside each capsule be released.

    The recommended dosage of Calcium Magnesium Citrate by Allergy Research Group is one capsule‚ one to three times daily between meals‚ unless otherwise directed.

    Allergy Research Group has been providing high-quality‚ hypoallergenic supplements for over 30 years. Its unique supplements incorporate the latest scientific discoveries‚ making Allergy Research Group products the choice of many physicians and other healthcare practitioners to support the nutrition and health of their patients.

    Good stuff

    Used to take 500:500 as recommended by my Doctor. Finding supplements with that amount is hard. Just as well as its sounding like its better to reduce the amount of calcium taken at a time. Calcium Magnesium Citrate fulfills that need.

    Pros

      * Good quality * Smaller dose * No carbonate! * No extra junk

    Cons

      * California Proposition 65

    I would recommend this item to a friend.
