Good Cal/Mag Supplement

I have used this product for over 8 years. It is used as my supplement for my calcium being menopausal. Is also a great Cal supplement for men as well as women. Free of additives and gluten. Can also be used before bedtime to help with sleep/calmness.
Cons:
Can be difficult to swallow if you have trouble swallowing large pills. With it being calcium does have that chalking texture IF you don't swallow it immediately putting it into your mouth.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
