“Gelatin” capsules are not good.
October 4, 2013
Gelatin, when dissolved, coats the substrate preventing absorption by up to 50%.
Additionally, the rice flours used by most vitamin companies are most likely not organically grown and contain a lot of pesticide residues. Gelatin capsules made from hooves and bones of commercial animal should be avoided. Vegetable capsules dissolve quickly, right in the stomach, and allows the body to absorb the supplement. So even though Buffered C has no binders or fillers the “Gelatin” capsules are not good.
Cons:“Gelatin” capsules are not good.
