Best hand soap.
April 23, 2014
I have only used Castile soap on my hands for several years. Once you try it, all other hand soaps are forgotten, unless you still want soap residue left on your hands, or you like spending 5 minutes trying to wash all the soap residue soap off. BUT, if you just want a great hand cleaner and one that rinses off, completely, in several seconds, leaving your hands feeling noticeably cleaner, this is the soap for you. It also leaves a faint fresh smell on your hands. Very manly, but my wife likes to use it too.
If you intend to put it in a pump dispenser, like I do, then I recommend diluting it, so you have a 50/50 mixture of soap and water in the dispenser. Then one full pump of the dispenser will give you the perfect amount of soap and water to start the washing process. This soap never separates from the water while it is sitting in the dispenser.
The only reason I don't use this soap in the shower is because I have gotten in the habit of using a BAR of soap when I take a shower. I'm pretty sure this soap would feel good in shower usage also.
Pros:Fastest soap for washing hands I have ever used. It also leaves your hands feeling totally clean, with no soapy, slippery residue. Just clean hands.
Cons:If you use it straight (with no water mixed in) it may plug up the opening in your soap dispenser and you will have to clean out the nozzle where the soap comes out periodically, but if you mix it like I mentioned previously, this problem never occurs.
