    Really good B 12

    B12 Adenosylcobalamin feeds the mitochondria in cells. The mitochondria are the energy producing parts of cells. There are hundreds to thousands of mitochondria in each cell depending on the cells energy demands. Heart cells have many more mitochondria than skin cells because the heart needs much more energy to function.
